A lush site with existing forestry, the brief was to masterplan a neighbourhood with adequate landscaping qualities to respect the qualities of the site. 18 terrace-housing and 2 semi-detached units were to designed with 4 bedroom each, to target demographics with families. Each type has a roof deck for recreational spaces and to view towards a nearby river.
